Transparency matters beyond the draw. Here’s how information moves through this website.
About this notice
#This notice explains data handling on the current Proof of Chance public website. You can browse campaigns, read documentation and view public activity without connecting a wallet. Solana Devnet participation uses a connected wallet to review and sign transactions.
For questions about this notice or information associated with you, contact the team at hello@proofofchance.ai. Services you visit through external links have their own privacy practices.
Information used by the site
#The website requests campaign details, rankings and activity from platform services. These records can include public wallet addresses, entries, results, payouts and transaction identifiers. A wallet address is a public identifier; it should not be treated as anonymous.
Loading a page, campaign image or live activity feed sends connection information to the service providing it. This can include your IP address, requested URL and browser information. Hosting and API infrastructure can process request logs to operate the service, investigate errors and limit abuse.
If you contact the team by email, your message and the contact details you provide are available to the recipients and email service providers. Include only the information needed to explain your request.
How information is used
#Campaign and blockchain information is used to show available campaigns, participation, rankings and results. Network requests keep these views current; operational logs help diagnose failures and protect the services that deliver them.
The current website does not load optional analytics or advertising trackers. Participation uses browser storage to retain encrypted entry material, signed transaction recovery records, giveaway creation drafts and pending transaction reports. Hosting providers also process the requests needed to deliver the site.
Public blockchain records
#Blockchain activity is public. Depending on the campaign, records can include wallet addresses, entries, commitments, published reveals, payouts and related transaction details. Other people and services can read and retain those records independently of this website.
An unpublished lucky phrase and a wallet seed phrase are different things. Keep your lucky phrase private until the campaign’s required reveal step. Never send a seed phrase or private key in a privacy request or support message.
Services and external links
#The site is delivered through Cloudflare hosting and uses platform APIs and live connections for campaign information. Some campaign images may be hosted by external providers; loading those images makes a request to that provider.
Fonts are served with the website. Social links and other external links take you to independently operated sites. Review a provider’s own privacy information before sharing data or connecting a wallet there.
Storage and retention
#Participation records stay in this browser’s local storage until removed by the application or cleared through browser settings. Entry material is encrypted using a key derived from a wallet signature. Clearing site data can remove the material needed to attest an entry and the records used to recover a transaction. Disconnecting a wallet does not clear these records.
Blockchain records remain available independently of this website. For information about the retention or removal of off-chain records associated with you, contact the team and identify the service or interaction concerned.
Your choices and requests
#You can manage cookies, cached resources and site permissions in your browser. The Manage your privacy page explains these controls and shows whether your browser reports a Global Privacy Control signal.
To ask about information associated with you, request a copy, or request correction or deletion, email hello@proofofchance.ai. Describe the information or interaction involved. The team may need to establish that the request concerns your information before acting on it; never provide wallet secrets as proof.
The handling of a request depends on the information involved and applicable requirements. Removing an off-chain record does not remove the corresponding public blockchain activity. This notice should be read again when the site’s features or data practices change.
